The Nasu Traveling Exhibition “Illusions on the Lake Surface” Will Be Held
We are planning to hold a traveling exhibition of the solo exhibition “Illusions on the Lake Surface,” which was previously held at Ginza Space TGC in May, in Nasu. The exhibition will take place from September 14th to September 30th at Art369 Space in Kuroiso, Nasu. Due to the venue’s constraints, the number of works on display will be slightly reduced, but they have been carefully selected for this exhibition.
Concept
Invitation:
The world reflected on the lake’s surface is nothing more than an illusion that each of us projects as we wish.
This world has no substance; we see only the world we desire to see.
In these works, I have depicted my own illusions.
This exhibition is an invitation to “see the world you wish to see and live your life freely.”
I hope that these works, like the surface of a lake, provide an opportunity for all visitors to sense their own inner movements, emotions, and sensations, and to be guided to the landscapes they envision in their hearts.

Background of the Nasu Exhibition
Last year, I relocated my base to the Nasu Highlands. After spending a full cycle of spring, summer, autumn, and winter here, I became deeply fond of this place and decided that I wanted to base my activities in Nasu. Most of the works displayed in “Illusions on the Lake Surface” were created in Nasu after my move. While I continue to create art in Nasu, I wanted to have an opportunity to exhibit here as well, so I began searching for a venue. By chance, I was given the opportunity to hold this exhibition at Art369 Space. Art369 Space is a gallery managed by the Nasu City Hall. As I have long wished to utilize my works in public spaces, I am delighted to have this opportunity to exhibit here.

Spatial design (including sound) and pictorial description: Masahiro Kitamura (maaa jewelry designer)
His specialty is to fascinate the view of the world in a space. He is in charge of space design and painting commentary. In the commentary of paintings, I read the pure message of the painting more than the artist. Sound creation, which she has wanted to try for a long time, will be presented for the first time at this solo exhibition.
